Reporting from the site

The fastest route is the Report button on every preset page and under every comment. A report sent from the site lands straight in the moderation queue, with the content already identified. Use it for anything inappropriate, off-topic, or published by someone who didn't make it.

Claiming content you created

If a preset published on WiredHub reproduces work you created without permission, you can ask for its removal by writing to [email protected].

For a request to be actionable, it must include:

  1. The exact address of the page on WiredHub.
  2. A description of the work you're claiming, and where it was first published — a link, a date, a screenshot, a Habbo room ID.
  3. What connects you to that work.
  4. Your contact details: a name or username, and an email address where you can be reached.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith the contested use was not authorised, and that the information you've provided is accurate.

An incomplete request can't be processed: without point 2 or point 3, nothing distinguishes a legitimate claim from an attempt to take down someone else's preset.

What happens next

  1. The request is received and examined. Target: [chosen timeframe, e.g. 72 working hours].
  2. If it holds up, the content is removed, and its author is told about the removal and why.
  3. The author can respond. If they show they created it or had permission, the content is restored and the claimant is informed.
  4. Clearly abusive requests — targeting a rival's preset, claiming work that isn't yours — are refused, and repeating them can get the account behind them suspended.

Every step is logged.
