Terms of use
To be completed by the operator before going live. This document accurately describes how the site works, but the operator's identity and governing law must be filled in: these are mandatory details a developer can't invent on the site owner's behalf. The relevant spots are marked

By creating an account on WiredHub, you agree to the following.
1. The service
WiredHub hosts and distributes WIRED presets for Habbo published by its members. The service is free, provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability or of data retention.
WiredHub is an independent project. It is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Sulake Corporation Oy. "Habbo" is a trademark of Sulake.
2. Your account
You must be 13 or older to create an account. Under 15, consent from a parent or guardian is required in countries where the law demands it.
An account belongs to one person. You are responsible for what is published from yours, including if someone else gets access to it. A lost password is reset by email; a compromised account should be reported to [email protected].
A verified email address is required to publish, comment and rate.
3. What you publish
By publishing a preset, an image, a comment or any other content, you state that:
- you are its author, or you have the right to share it;
- you accept that it will be shown publicly on WiredHub, downloaded, and reused by other members in their own rooms;
- it contains nothing unlawful, hateful, sexual or violent, and no personal data about anyone else.
Authors keep their rights to what they publish. They grant WiredHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, displaying and distributing the content on the site, for as long as it stays published.
Taking someone else's preset and republishing it under your own name is not allowed. Crediting the original author, with a link where possible, is expected.
4. Moderation
Every submission is reviewed before it appears. Content may be rejected, removed or hidden if it breaks these terms. The decision comes with a reason and is sent to its author.
An account may be suspended, temporarily or permanently, for repeated or serious breaches. A suspension comes with a reason. It can be appealed at [email protected].
Moderation decisions are logged, with who made them and when.
5. What's not allowed
- Publishing someone else's work without their permission.
- Submitting unlawful content, or content that targets or exposes a person.
- Automating browsing or downloads beyond normal use, working around rate limits, or inflating counters.
- Trying to reach accounts or data that aren't yours.
6. Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Published presets can be withdrawn by their author.
A copy downloaded by another member before removal is, by its nature, beyond the site's reach: removal applies going forward, not to what has already been taken.
7. Liability
Presets are supplied by members, with no check that they work. WiredHub does not guarantee that a preset will run, nor that it won't disturb a room's layout. Backing up before rebuilding a complex mechanism is wise.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability is limited to direct damages.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. A substantive change is announced on the site. Continuing to use WiredHub after that announcement means accepting it.
9. Disputes
Governing law is that of [country]. In case of a dispute, an amicable
solution should be sought first, by writing to [email protected].
